Donation Refund Policy

The Women’s Renaissance Centre (WRC) values every donation it receives to support its mission. We understand that there may be occasions where a donor wishes to request a refund for their donation. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our Donation Refund Policy below:

Request for Refund: If you have made a donation in error or you have changed your mind, you must request a refund within 7 days of the donation being made. The request should be sent via email to our official email address and include the donor’s full name, donation amount, date of donation, and reason for the refund.

Conditions for Refund: We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will generally be issued if the donation was made in error or under duress, or if the donation was made fraudulently. Please note that we may require further information or proof to process your refund.

Processing of Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. It may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Donations: Please note that donations made as part of specific campaigns, towards a specific cause, or as non-refundable pledges, are not eligible for refunds.

Policy Modifications: WRC reserves the right to modify this Donation Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
